Start
Before choosing a platform, make one practice ticket you can explain. You only need a pencil and two invented prices.
Discover
Start with a task small enough to finish on one chart. The result you want is a record of what you saw and what happened to your simulated order. A subscription only helps if you can name the part of that routine it would change.
Use
A chart mark shows a price. An order history tells you what happened to a request. Use TradingView’s simulated environment to learn the difference.
Improve
Start with posted charges for one instrument and one account currency. A fee subtotal can be reconciled even when the full trading cost cannot.
These guides explain dated official documentation and invented examples. The exercises have not been executed by this publication in a live TradingView account. A simulated fill is not evidence of the price or outcome you could obtain in real trading.
